Question: Cervical cancer patient misdiagnosis 2002? My late mother had died soon after an operation on a metastasis secondary cancer on her back, ependymoma?(spinal tap). She had died from cervical cancer and not from complications from her spinal tap.
As a member of a minority ethnic group within Australia, ie a Samoan Australian. She died after a purported oncological operation on her back.
The following footage were events leading up to her death and afterwards.

The health rights commission had dismissed my complaint of medical treatment incompetency.
what do you think really happened? I suspect unauthorised euthanisation of the patient?
Your thoughts please?
Answer: Dear Sir,
I am so sorry for your loss and the trauma you experienced while going through your mother's illness and death.
Your question is too broad and there are so many complications that can happen when dealing with cancer. Here are just some of the complications that are proven in the medical industry.
1. An adverse reaction to any of the drugs used during sedation.
2. A hospital acquired infection that is not known about and deadly.
3. Cancer itself, especially if it is aggressive and spreading.
It is my belief that euthanasia performed by a medical doctor is highly irregular and the doctor doing it would have to be very unbalanced. The likelyhood of this being the case is slim to none. Can a mistake happen? YES. There are many articles regarding medical mistakes. Actual murder of a patient - I cannot believe that.
Now, do you honestly think that your mother would be happy with you torturing yourself over this? Even if this was a real possibility, would your mother want you tortured to this extent, years after her death?
If I died, and my daughter was going through what you are going through, I would find this very upsetting. A mother wants their child to find happiness and live life to the fullest.
Find it in your heart to forgive any medical mistake that may have contributed to your mothers death, while at the same time understanding that her health was not good.
The best tribute you could give to your mother is to LIVE your life to the fullest and find happiness.
