Endometrial Cancer Information

Question: My mom has been diagnosed with Endometrial cancer..? No cancer is a cause for a celebration.. but the doctors said Endometrial cancer is highly cureable. My mom is only in stage 1, she's only 31 she's pretty healthy despite the cancer... I just really want to hear from people who have had this cancer, or know survivors. I researched it and read that this cancer can be cured with a hysterectomy. I know what a hysterectomy is but how long will my mom be in the hospital for? Any information you have about this please do tell. :] thanks everyone<3

Answer: Early endometrial cancer is cureable with hysterectomy. Hospital stay is likely to be 5 days as long as there are no complications. She will need follow up and if there is no recurrence in 5 years she will be cured
