prostate cancer information
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=at0KYBaR6KA

Do you think this is a 100% cure for some/most/all cancers out there?
Have anybody tried this product? If so, then did it really work?
Can it cure heart cancer? please...I have to know because I have a friend who's wanting to do surgery, but I just don't want to take the risk of losing her
somebody...please reply
bless
Answer: You are much more at risk of losing your friend if she relies on these untested and unproven remedies.
If they were cures for cancer, nobody would have cancer. Unfortunately though, wherever there is cancer there is someone ready to make money out of people's desperation by selling them ineffective and sometimes dangerous 'alternative' treatments.
Existing treatments are far from perfect, but they have been tested and proven in double-blind clinical trials, and we know they save some lives and extend many, many others.
The main website you give doesn't appear to claim it as a cancer cure at all; the cancer survivors on the videos seem to have had conventional treatment as well, but have chosen to attribute their remission to this product.
Question: stage 4 lung cancer treatment when someone had a heart attack? My uncle has been told that there is no possible treatment, because of the fact he has had a heartattack two years ago. I have not spoken to the doctor cause I am on the west coast he is on the east. Yet, I have a feeling this might be a conservative opinion. Yet, could some one with a medical background or better skills at researching than me please confirm this information. I realize that Stage 4 is quite terminal, yet I know that he is a fighter so if anyone knows of anything radical or anything, it would really be useful information.
Answer: I have seen patients who have a history of heart attacks and receive radiation. I have also seen lung cancer cases where the patient was not a candidate for radiation as the area to be treated was inline with the heart.
I don’t think you are getting the correct information. Call his radiation oncologist if you can not speak to him or her right then, give a 2-3 hour window when it is best to reach you and make sure they know you are on the west coast. This type of doctor has a different type of practice that the doctors you are probably used to seeing. They have more time between patients than most doctors as their job requires them to do a lot of dictation and review a lot of scans and x-rays making it easier to return calls.
I hope this helps. Good luck to you and your family.
Question: How does a heart attack feel like? What are some of the warning signs, any information would be helpful. Usually I am answering questions on cancer but heart disease is the number one killer so if you were feeling like you were having one, what would that feel like?
Answer: there is no right answer to that. there are typical signs & symptoms but few ppl are typical. i myself had wat felt like a "skipped" beat and a stabbing type pain in the middle of my chest. this went on for about 2 months i didnt get concerned till a "crushing" pain (felt like someone was sitting on my chest) started waking me at night. i ended up having an 80% occlusion in my right coronary artery (RCA) i had a STENT placed and now that in off the plavix im doin great! more & more younger ppl are showing signes of heart problems if youre concerned see your dr. better safe than sorry
Question: Is there an association between the consumption of animal products and diseases and cancer? In other words, can animal products like red meat, poultry, fish, eggs, cheese, or milk cause (or negatively effect the risk thereof) heart disease, stroke, cancers or osteoporosis, or even obesity?
Does anyone know where I can find some good information on this subject?
Answer: Know more about Cancer !

Question: Do you find this heart attack information interesting? My safety lesson this week, Good info about heart attack symptoms...

Heart attacks and drinking warm water
This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about heart attacks. The Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals, not cold water, maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating.
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you.! It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have j ust consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this "sludge" reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine . Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer . It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks - You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let's be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive.
A cardiologist says if everyone who reads this message sends it to 10 people, you can be sure that we'll save at least one life. Read this & Send to a friend. It could save a life. So, please be a true friend and send this article to all your friends you care about
I has received this as an email. I have no scientific proof of anything, for I am NOT a scientist. I just thought it was interesting and wanted to share with everyone.
Answer: Answer to question:
I have had some of those symptoms. The jaw pain and the nausea. It went away so I did nothing about it. Maybe I should get that checked out? I just chalked it up to yet another symptom of depression.
Question: What percentage of Australians die of cancer? The leading cause of death in Australia is heart disease, I would have thought the second leading cause of death in Australia is cancer however I cannot find any comprehensive information on this topic.
Answer: Skin cancer, especially melanoma.
# Australia has the highest rate of skin cancer in the world, with over 380,000 people.
# Over 1,600 Australians die from skin cancer each year.
# Skin cancers account for over 80% of all new cancers diagnosed each year in Australia.
# Melanoma is the third most common cancer site in Australian men after prostate and bowel cancer.
# Melanoma is the third most common cancer site in Australian women after breast and bowel cancer.
Such a high rate of skin cancer in Australia may be attributable to a number of things: attitude, geological circumstance and Australian's love of the outdoors.
Question: Information about breast cancer that has spread to the bone marrow? My Mother was diagnosed with breast cancer approximately 4 years ago. After chemotherapy and whatever else she went through she has since been in remission. The last 2 months she has been in and out of the hospital, first with pneumonia and then a pulmonary embolism (that went undetected for a week because they refused to do a CT scan, thanks Docs!). ANYWAY, I don't know the specifics but they did a bone marrow biopsy on her - I think she said it was because her platelet counts continued to drop or something to that effect. Well the results of the biopsy came back yesterday and they are saying that the breast cancer is back, but now in her bone marrow. She doesn't actually meet with her Oncologist until next Monday, but this is tearing me up and I can't wait for answers. My question is - what is the normal route of treatment? I have been googling my heart out, but all the answers seem to be directed towards breast cancer that has spread to the bone and not the bone marrow. I'm not even sure if there is a difference at this point, I just want to be properly informed. Is there a bone marrow transplant in her future? After chemotherapy, perhaps? I know family members tend to be the best hope for a match and I am in the military coming up for orders overseas, so if it IS a possibility I need to let my command know so I can apply for compassionate reassignment ASAP.
This is really hard on me because her and I are so close, and I don't want to lose my Mom. I know there is no cure but I just need a little hope.
Answer: You don’t state what kind of breast cancer she has, what the stage was at diagnosis, what treatment she already had or her hormone receptor status. If she was diagnosed four years ago she should still be on hormones if they were positive. There are a lot of variables with breast cancer that determine treatment. I can tell you two things however.
She will not need a bone marrow transplant. This is done for patients with leukemia.
You are correct that there is no cure for metastatic breast cancer, but we have gotten much better at managing this disease and it is not unusual for these patients to live for many years. Best wishes to you and your mom.
Question: Is it possible to completely recover from Angina, atherosclerosis, or any other heart problems? My girlfriend and have been having a really hard time lately, we're both worried that I'll have an early death. I'm 20 years of age, turning 21 Sept. 16th I weigh about 360 lb., I just recently quit smoking completely, but even the I would only smoke at 1 to 3 times a week, and that only for a span of a month I used to smoke Black & Milds both Original and Wine with the "Cancer Paper" removed. As of the beginning of last week I've recently started having constent chest pains, a weird, warm sensation on the left side of my face, and what seems to be poor in my left arm which seems to switch to my right arm every now and then.
I have Hypertension, about a month ago went to the emergency room because it was the very first time I ever felt the the warm feeling in my left cheek, and the feeling of poor circulation in my left arm, no chest pains, though. But the day before I went to the emergency room the feeling of poor circulation was in my right arm. When I went to the emergency room they ran an E.K.G., blood, and urine test. All 3 came back just fine. As far as they could tell my blood pressure was just through the roof. I believe they said when I was there it was 151 over 90. Which apparently I'm lucky that my head hadn't rocket'd off my shoulders. I think I heard the doctor that treated me mentioned that it could have just been an angina attack. I couldn't really understand what she was saying because there a baby that swallowed a penny was crying extremely loud. I was there for about 2 hours or so while they ran the tests, my blood pressure settled to a safe level by the time the tests were done. On the slip that was giving to me, it said that I was treated for hypertension.
the following week I got a new doctor that specializes in hypertension. Even though I gave him the results of my blood test they took in the emergency room, he wanted to take another blood test to check my cholesterol since it wasn't in the first test. Felt perfect between my first doctors visit and the next one which he told me the results of the blood test for my cholesterol. He told me that my cholesterol was absolutely perfect. And that it seemed I just have extremely high blood pressure for my age. He gave me diet to help lower my blood pressure and told me that I should mild exercises like walk at least 30 minutes a day, But I didn't do them.
I was prescribed meds for my high blood pressure before the whole emergency room deal.I was taking Hyzaar 50mg and Hyzaar 100mg. To be honest I didn't have any of these feelings until I started taking them. After I went to the emergency room I started taking them off and on purely because I'd just forget to, I did that until about 2 weeks ago where I took them daily like I was supposed to. The week after I took them daily was when I started to feel the sensation in my face and arm and this time with a lingering chest pains along with a loss of appetite and energy. On a scale of 1 to 10 during the week they pains in my chest were from 2 to about 5 to 6. They never completely went away, just lingered around. Every morning the pains and sensation in my left arm and cheek would flare up around the same time which was about 4:40AM. I noticed this when I found myself pacing back and forth from being freaked out, thinking I'm going to have a heart attack or something each morning around the same time.
That Saturday, Aug. 2nd, I had a doctors appointment, and I told me girlfriend that I was spilling my guts about absolutely everything that I've felt during the week, and I did. He ran an E.K.G. to see if any problems have developed. He said that everything looked normal, but he also said that he's had patients that had normal results on their E.K.G. and still had a heart attack. I don't think I have to think I need to elaborate on how much that scared the crap out of me. I forgot to tell him that I didn't start to feel this way until I started taking Hyzaar. But he took me off of it and on Generic Coreg 25mg and 0.4mg nitroglycerin tablets for my chest pains. When he told me that he was going to prescribe me nitroglycerin my heart sank be cause on the way there my dad and I were talking about getting our health back in order and I asked if he was on nitroglycerin and he said no, and he hoped it would never be that bad. I'm pretty sure it hit him pretty hard as well when I told him that the doctor put me on nitroglycerin.
I've only used the tablets twice, I think about a few hours after I got home from the visit, and later on that night. But since then I haven't used them. I really don't want to use them, but do carry them where ever I go as I was told to. The day after I didn't take either the Hyzaar or Corag, I wanted to get the Hyzaar completely out of my system before I started taking the Corag. But since I stopped the Hyzaar and started taking Corag my chest pains aren't constant anymore, but recurrent. And on a scale of 1 to 10 the pains are about 1 to 3. At the beginning of the week I've started walking 30 minutes a day. I don't think I have stable angina, because I would be getting chest pains after I walk, They usually accrue randomly when I'm just relaxing. I figure its between maybe prinzmetal and unstable angina. But I feel that it couldn't really be unstable angina seeing as how the symptoms call for intense chest pains, and that I don't have. Even though the pains are no longer constant I say the same thing I told my girlfriend, I'm not out of the woods yet. My doctor never told me what I could have which scares me a lot. But he brings up the fact that I'm still young, which makes me think that it's not too late.
I'd really like to know whats going on with me, and if I can completely recover from this without having a heart attack or something, having things be the way they were before. Any information about what I have or what I could have would help. I know that this is a lot to read, but I would greatly appreciate it if anyone would take the time to help me figure things out. Night after night my girlfriend and I cry ourselves to sleep because we both fear what could possibly be happening to me, and what could happen to me. Again, I would greatly appreciate it if someone would help make things clearer for us.
Answer: It is better to depend on proper medical advice from your personal doctor rather than get a querry answered online. You will be fine only that way.
Question: Can you provide information regarding a respiratory problem? I have a friend who has a male friend who has serious respiratory problems. He is only 47 and he has heart problems as well as liver cancer now he has been put on oxygin and put into a Nursing Home with little hope of his getting any better. His oxygin level has been st on 9. She claims that the oxygin will turn his lungs to leather at that level.I have never heard of oxygin turning into leather. Is she right?
Answer: lol! NO she is NOT right!
sorry to hear about your friends health. but the oxygen is helping him.. not hurting him in any way.
Question: Want some information on stage 4 non small cell cancer of the lungs ( carcinoma) that my mother inlaw has.? She was diagnosed with this a week ago after going to the doctor with a sever pain in her back. Her back had been bothering her for awhile , but just bacame unbearable.
She had aslo lost about 40 pounds over a four month period. When the pain in her back got to severe , she went to the hospital and come to find out that she has lungs cancer ( no pain in her lungs)...and it has spread to her spine..(lots of pain there) and they are not sure as of yet if it is anywhere else.
they said stage 4 , surgery wasnt as option cause the mass in lungs was too close to her heart , possible radiation on her spine to shrink the cancer there to relieve some of the pain.
She was told possible a year with treatments , but more like 6 months or less given her condition and general health at present.
Is there nothing that can be done ? clinical trials? Natural medicine? Does anyone know someone that lived longer than this on a certain treatment or have some suggestion.
Answer: A second opinion is always a good idea.
I would suggest contacting MD Anderson cancer center in Houston Texas.
Also Sloan Kettering in NYC.
These are the top two cancer hospitals in the USA. and are consistently ranked 1 and two in the surveys
It might seem crazy to travel to another city for a second opinion, but these are the places doing the trials that the other hospitals will be using in the future. They also know which other places nationwide might be doing trials for this type of tumor, and stage of tumor.
In the end, there is probably not much that can be done in terms of a cure, so the questions you need to ask relate as much to quality of life vs quantity of life.
If a certain treatment might prolong survival by 3 months, but she spends is feeling sick then this might something she might not choose.
Ask tough questions. Don't be afraid to be blunt. Some physicians are afraid to tell a person bad news. You must ask what is on your mind. Write questions down in advance. Take notes during consultations. Do not be afraid to ask doctors to repeat answers or to explain in further details if you do not understand.
I don't want to sound morbid at this stage, but don't wait too long to involve hospice.
My father died of ( non-small cell lung CA with brain metasteses ) cancer last year and I am very familiar with which hospitals are the best.
We went to MD anderson, after I did all of my research. I am very very grateful we did because I believe it got him an extra year, but more importantly he got an extra year of Quality of life. Most people don't know that insurance usually pays for these visits. All people need to do is pay to get there, but this is life and death and I cannot stress enough how much better these two hospitals are than whatever is in your hometown ( I think Anderson is the better of the two )
My one regret is that we involved hospice a bit too late. They are a very very valuble resource.
Good luck
PS: Beware of "natural cures" These are 99% frauds. If they worked, then researchers at legitimate cancer centers would be using them. After all, a natural miracle cure would probably get you the Nobel prize.
As it is, all these get are $$ for the snake oil salesmen that peddle them on poor desperate people. Just stick to conventional medicine, and of course complimentary therapy ( holistic ) can't hurt, just avoid anybody in Mexico or other small dirty clinics with fantastic claims!! They will steal your money and break your spirit and offer you nothing but lies. I met enough people during my Dad's treatment who had bad experiences and I have done my research. These people are all fakes
Question: Gatric bypass insurance info? I finally decided to go ahead w/ the bypass surgery...but I found out my spouces insurance dosen't cover it! Any info about other ways to get it covered? Can I buy individual insurance? I am overweight ( 5'6 - 248 lbs) and have a family history (my dad) of diabeties, heart disease, cancer..... any information will be helpful!!! I've ran out of options!
Answer: I believe that most insurance companies would find this to be both cosmetic surgery and elective surgery. You would need to have the doctor certify to the insurance company that the Gastric Bypass surgery was medically necessary for your health.
Question: How are number of deaths caused by secondhand smoke calculated? I'm not finding information on ETS being a direct cause, or even an indirect contributor to a primary cause (cancer, heart attack, etc.). Are there any statistics on ACTUAL cases? If not, how the heck are number or deaths figured?
Answer: You can read this PDF http://www.moh.govt.nz/moh.nsf/0/f52d604cfdcb49364c256973007c4028/$FILE/2handsmoke.pdf which gives information on how they attributed deaths to ETS as well as a formula they used to judge the Population Attributable Risk.
There is also a chart they give that shows what causes of death they attributed to the second hand smoke.
You might find the following report useful as well though it is substantially larger than the New Zealand report.
Question: How damaging to one's health is very light smoking? I'm curious about this and wondering if anyone might know of information regarding such a matter.
Each day when I come home from work I like to go out on my balcony and smoke a cigarette. I've been doing this for about six years. When I was younger, in university and such I would often smoke more but I cut it down and now for these last years I have been in this routine, never smoking more. People always say to me that it starts out like that but you can't keep it at such a level, but that hasn't been true. For such a long time I've kept it at the 1/day level and I never feel the need nor even desire to have any more than that one cigarette each day. Often times on the weekends if I'm doing something I skip it altogether.
How likely is such light smoking to lead to the kinds of health effects that are common to smokers such as cancer, heart disease, respiratory problems etc.?
Answer: You'll be fine. The vast majority of illness caused by smoking applies to those who smoke a pack a day or more. There is a specific percentage, but if you're under a pack a day, the chances are you'll be okay. At only one smoke a day, I'm sure you've got nothing to worry about.
You're very lucky, by the way, that you can only smoke one a day. Most people can't without getting hooked and chain smoking. I sure can't smoke just one a day. You are VERY luck in this respect.
Question: What is the largest charity associated with Childhood Obesity? I've recently come into a good deal of money and wanted to donate a portion of it into the following categories, as I find them to be very important:
1) Childhood Obesity
2) Breast Cancer
3) Heart Disease
4) Rain Forest
If anyone can supply information for these categories, I'd be very grateful. I have already checked out a few places, but I want to see if I missed anything. Thank you.
Answer: Great question! Always look for local charities and grassroots organizations that have fewer ties with corporate business. For example, American Heart Association gets lots of money from big business and rich doctors who make millions from expensive heart surguries that people may not even need...
Question: What are my chances of being able to have babies when I'm older if I've had a cancer history as a baby myself? I'm a cancer survivor of Acute Lymphatic Leukemia since I was a baby. it was discovered 12 days before my third birthday, in which was on mothers day that year. my mom mentioned that the treatment that i had been taking at the time could affect my heart, my chances of getting pregnant and having my own babies, as well as my memory & other supposably minor things in the future.
i would like to know if their are any other childhood cancer survivors out there who are now older to give me some info if they might know what my chances are of being able to have babies when I'm older, if I've had a cancer history as a baby myself . . .
i need all the help i can get to know about please because i don't have a clue of what else this type of cancer history can wind up having any certain affects on me in the future. And whether or not im gonna need someone in the future to carry my baby for me, other than just adopting kids, due to whatever reason it could be (like a person who is a serigus {*idk how its really spelled*}, but kind of like someone in that movie Baby Mama).
I'm not gonna try to have a baby yet, but before I am actually ready to have kids in the future to come, there are pieces of information that I would like to know about so I won't find out at the "last minute" and end up being disappointed and completely upset about in in the end.
PLEASE GIVE ME HONEST ANSWERS BECAUSE I DON'T LIKE TO BE LIED AT IF YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN.
Answer: Your best bet is going to a doctor and sharing your concerns. Only he/she can tell you if you can have a healthy baby.
Also I think the word you are looking for is surrogate!
Question: What is the Ph of oil? the Ph of cancer? and Oil byproducts hydrogen cyanide carbon dioxide? sulphur dioxide lead sulphide hydrogen sulphide and whatever else comes out of your exhaust?
Why is it that so many universities have been built by so many scientists from global oil corporations who build and donate universities that use and experiment with oil products and biproducts to make most industry and fabrics of our lives finds it so important to hide such valuable information as the Ph of oil and it's various fractions.
Why?
What is the Ph of cancer and benzene provide your own list if you can find one
I'll extend the time if you find a derth of information
Ob1
http://us.i1.yimg.com/us.yimg.com/i/us/per/gr/heart.gif
The center of tumours or the umbras are often liquid
grease lube emulsions like i said whatever you can find, i know CO2 is a low Ph bcause when it leaves water the Ph goes up so it what do these things range from any of them?
Answer: I am assuming you are in college so I will give the more technical answer to this question. Ph is the -log of the amount of free protons in a solution, usually depicted by the element H+. In oil theoreutically there are no free H+ floating around that's why pH is irrelavent. Oil is a long chain of carbon bonded with hydrogen. Benzene is the same way but in circle of six carbon and six hydrogen, very stable no pH. Cancer is a disease state not a chemical so a pH would be really be helpful to know. Please redefine you question.
