Penile Cancer
Question: What are all the symptoms of Penile Cancer and what age usually has it?
Can a 13 yr old get penile cancer? What are the chances?
What if there are small s near or in the glans? Is that a symptom?
Answer: Usually it is a non-healing sore often with a foul smelling discharge on the glans. The average age of onset is about 60 years-old.
EDIT: Penile cancer is pretty rare and the chances of 13 year old having it is slim to none and no you do not have symptoms of it. Cancer should not be the first thing that comes to mind for every little bump, lump, pain, scratch or sore. If it doesn’t go away in a week or two, tell your mom and don’t pick at it.
Question: I have a friend with testicular and penile cancer, should I allow him to go to church? "He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD."
Deuteronomy 23:1
Also, he is born of unmarried parents.
"A bastard shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to his tenth generation shall he not enter into the congregation of the LORD."
Deuteronomy 23:2
He wants to go to church so that the divine God will hear his plea and cure his affliction. What do I do?
Answer: Let him make his own choice. This could possibly be the strangest question I'll see today.
Question: Is Circumcision of baby boys an effective prevention method against UTIs, HIV, and penile cancer? I read a study indicating this may be the case.
Could anyone please clarify?
Answer: Removing your tonsils will prevent tonsilitis later in life, removing your breasts will prevent breast cancer, removing your uterus will prevent uterine cancer, removing the appendix will prevent appendicitis. . .etc. Do you see my point?
Question: What sort of natural medicines can i get to cure penile cancer?
Answer: Sorry not much. Surgery is about all that would be natural what works.
You see if I say it natural I can say it will cure cancer as well as grow hair and cure Blindness there is no laws to stop me. The only laws in the US on medicines apply to drugs.

Question: Should i get screened for penile cancer? The hospital i called keeps beggin' me to come in and get tested, I have a topical rash on my glans, that does not produce irritation. Only problem is i dont want some bloke handin' my equipment, know what i mean? I mean i dont want to die, but i am not gay or nothin'.

Question: what are the chances of having penile cancer? I'm 15 and I have a small 4mm lump/bump on my penis skin, never had sex, could it be cancer??????
its been there for 4-5 years
Answer: Penile cancer under 30 is almost unheard of. If it was cancer and you had it 4 -5 years there would be little doubt in your mind about it now.
If it was cancer it would have grown and it would look like an sore that would not heal or scab over and drain a foul smelling discharge.
Question: I have a lump on the skin of my penis. Do I have penile cancer? It appeared last week. It has a little white something coming out of it. Im 14 years old.
Answer: I've read about someone with the same thing, turned out it was just a nasty pimple. Shower and wash it thorughly and then wait a few days and see what happens, if its still there see a doctor. but im pretty sure its not cancer.

Answer: Yes, get it checked. There's no harm in finding out it's nothing!
Question: penile cancer what is it? what produce penile cancer how long till the penis has to be amputated?
Answer: Penile cancer is one of the rarest cancers - rarer even than breast cancer in men - and figures for it are hard to come by. Circumcised men get penile cancer at about the same tiny rate as intact men. Early studies that seemed to show a correlation had not been corrected for age; penile cancer is a disease of old men, and the old men with cancer in the studies had simply been born at a time when circumcision was less customary than when the younger men without cancer were born. When men of the same ages were compared, the correlation vanished.
The exact cause is unknown.
Smegma, a cheese-like, foul-smelling substance found under the foreskin of the penis may increase the risk of penis cancer.
Uncircumcised men who do not keep the area under the foreskin clean and men with a history of genital warts or human papillomavirus (HPV) are at higher risk for this rare disorder.
aboout the amputated part..It has to go undiagnosed for a while before it gets amputated.....But if you catch it semi-early only portions of it has to be surgically removed.... Penile cancer has four stages:
Stage 0 (carcinoma in situ)
In stage 0, abnormal cells are found on the surface of the skin of the penis. These abnormal cells may become cancer and spread into nearby normal tissue. Stage 0 is also called carcinoma in situ.
Stage I
In stage I, cancer has formed and spread to connective tissue just under the skin of the penis.
Stage II
In stage II, cancer has spread to:
* connective tissue just under the skin of the penis and to one lymph node in the groin; or
* erectile tissue (spongy tissue that fills with blood to make an erection) and may have spread to one lymph node in the groin.
Stage III
In stage III, cancer has spread to:
* connective tissue or erectile tissue of the penis and to more than one lymph node on one or both sides of the groin; or
* the urethra or prostate, and may have spread to one or more lymph nodes on one or both sides of the groin.
Stage IV
In stage IV, cancer has spread:
* to tissues near the penis and may have spread to lymph nodes in the groin or pelvis; or
* anywhere in or near the penis and to one or more lymph nodes deep in the pelvis or groin; or
* to distant parts of the body.
Recurrent penile cancer
Recurrent penile cancer is cancer that has recurred (come back) after it has been treated. The cancer may come back in the penis or in other parts of the body.
Question: If phimosis is cured by circumcison, what is the risk of getting penile cancer?
Answer: penile cancer studies related to circumcision have long been debunked or are no longer medically relevant. the american cancer society has been against circumcising for the reason of cancer as the risks from circumcision s are about equal to cancer except the damage of circumcision lasts for the majority of life when cancer has no chance of showing up till your 60
phimosis can be cured much less intensively, circumcision as a cure for phimosis is like removing a toe for an ingrown toenail
Question: what type of penile cancer are there? are they treatable?
Answer: The most common type of penile cancer is squamous cell carcinoma. The carcinoma can be on the surface or skin, or it can be invasive and spred. Because the diagnosis can be pyscologically damaging a patient with penile cancer often delays seeking medical attention until the disease has metastisized.
Penile cancers can begin as small lesions on the glans or prepuce. Left untreated it can spred across the skin.
Untreated penile carcinoma is fatal within 2 years due infection or to spred to the lymph nodes.
This type of cancer can initially be painless with no warning signs other than the appearance of lesions.
Treatment options depend on the stage of the disease and can include topical medications, chemotherapy, radiation, and/or surgery.
Like all other cancers, the earlier the diagnosis and treatment the better the outcome.
Carcinoma is not the only type of penile cancer, there are a variety of others that can be classified as benign or pre-cancerous. Only an examination by a physician and biopsy can tell the difference. It is critical to seek out a medical opinion immediately if you are in doubt. Better safe than sorry.
Hope this isn't happening to you.
Question: Do i have penile cancer? I am 16,not circumised, not sexually active.5 days ago a noticed a pimple on the shaft of my penis.I popped it and pus cam out.Now 5 days later the pimple is still there,it is red,0,7cm in diameter,it is yellowish in the middle with pus.Has not growned. Is this a simple acne pimple,is it infected or is it penile cancer.I am very concerned i dont want to die please answer seriously. Thanks
Answer: It sounds more like an infected pimple. Dap a little hydrogen peroxide on it 2-3 times a day for a couple of days, it won’t hurt. It should go away in about a week and don’t pick at it. Men who get penile cancer are usually about 60 years old and it almost never appears on the shaft.
Question: Could this be penile cancer? I'm only 14 years old but I think I may have penile cancer. A sort of lump has built up under my penis head and it is white. It sometimes hurts when I touch it. Question: Can this cause penile cancer? ? I have a friend whos 14, and he has this weird big vein on his penis that kinda pops out a little *Not that i looked, he told me*, and yeah could that be the cause or sympton of Penile cancer? Please be truthful and honest because hes freaked out.
Answer: No, it is neither the cause of a symptom of cancer. It is normal. We have veins all over our bodies and if he didn’t have any there THAT would be a cause to freak out. Penile cancer is fairly rare and the average age of a man who gets it is about 60 years old. You are both to young to worry about cancer.
