Question: I have developed one of the symptoms of testicular cancer what should I do? Where I live it can be cured within a fortnight. I am reluctant to get it checked out however becaus eI will no be able to get life insurance despite being cured and i could never take out a loan. There are other limitations as well I am not sure what to do.
Answer: If you think you may have testicular cancer you need to seek medical attention. I don't know what taking out a loan has to do with anything. If caught early the prognosis for testicular cancer is good so if you are concerned you need to be checked out ASAP. Do not let anything else concern you until you find out what is going on.

Question: What are the symptoms of testicular cancer?
Answer: lover -
Most testicular cancers are found by men themselves. Also, doctors generally examine the testicles during routine physical exams. Between regular checkups, if a man notices anything unusual about his testicles, he should talk with his doctor. Men should see a doctor if they notice any of the following symptoms:
a painless lump or swelling in a testicle
pain or discomfort in a testicle or in the scrotum
any enlargement of a testicle or change in the way it feels
a feeling of heaviness in the scrotum
a dull ache in the lower abdomen, back, or groin
a sudden collection of fluid in the scrotum
These symptoms can be caused by cancer or by other conditions. It is important to see a doctor to determine the cause of any of these symptoms.
Question: Testicular cancer symptoms? Ok, so the bottom of my left testicle has been a little sore lately.
My being the paranoid freak that I am, examined myself to try and find any lumps.
The only thing I can feel is on the bottom of the testicle, but it feels like the tube that is supposed to be there. If I move it around with my fingers, it feels very much like a tube, not a lump, yet it is a little bit sore to the touch.
The sides and the top/front of the testicle feel fine, so it must just be the tube that connects to the bottom of the testicle.
The thing is, is there anything that could cause that area to be sore? I do masturbate quite frequently, and I have sexual intercourse with my girlfriend once in a while. Usually though, it's only foreplay/oral, and I don't actually ejaculate.
Could a build up of fluid/frequent masturbation make it sore?
Do testicular cancer lumps even hurt if you touch them?
Thank you.
Answer: Hi there.
Judging from what you describe, it does not seem to be cancer.
Per se, cancer is never painful. Only when it expands any sensitive organ , it causes pain. If a lump is painful, almost always it is not cancer.
Symptoms of testicular cancer vary. Lump would be the obvious one, but ofter Little late. Perceptible and visible difference between the 2 testicles, any lumps in the groin-folds, weight loss- these would be the first symptoms.
That soreness, i guess is new one. A little trauma of which you are unaware may be the reason. The tubes or the vas, may get sore due to compression of tight underclothes or jeans.
Warm bottle or towel should do fine in such condition.
However, if you are feeling pain, redness - for more than 2-3 days, I suggest you consult a doctor. It might be a slow strangulation-turning of testicle on its own axis. If this is the case, it will cause considerable trouble in near future but can be easily reversed by a doctor in few minutes.
Don't worry. Make a good decision and all will be fine.

Question: What are the symptoms for testicular cancer?
Answer: None really in the early stage when you want to find it.
You simply feel a mass or lump in one of the testicles.
It is usually painless.
Question: i need help bad about symptoms of testicular cancer? i am 16 and going through puberty. i have almost like a ball just of the tip of my testicle. when i feel it its like theres a slight space in between the 2 but there still attached. its been there since i started puberty. help me please. what could it be?
Answer: My son had the same symptom when he was 15 and I took him to our doctor. It was a clogged "tube" and the doctor said it would go away by itself. And it did. The doctor said that it was a common thing for boys going through puberty to have.
I would suggest you go to your doctor to get checked out. Hopefully, that's all it is.
Good luck!
Question: Showing cancer symptoms, what are my next steps? I am showing some symptoms for testicular cancer. I have booked an appointment with my GP next week. I was thinking, if it turns out it is cancer, what can they do for me considering they are notbased in a Hospital (just a health centre)? Would I not just be better going to A&E? Is your GP always your first stop for Health concerns like this? I am only young. Never had to see a doctor before hence my limited knowledge on the process.
Answer: First off well done for getting yourself checked out. :)
Your GP should be the first step as he/she will be able to get you a referral with a specialist(if you need one) and will be able to give you some idea of what the problem is. A & E isn't really the place to go for something like that, unless it starts to hurt a lot.
Secondly it may not be cancer. It could just be a cyst or something else that's totally harmless so don't get worried until you know for sure. It could be nothing. :)
Also , you could try phoning the doctor again and getting the appointment moved forward. Just tell them you've found a lump and they'll do this for you. It's best to get it checked as soon as possible.
Question: Question about testicular cancer symptoms...? Today I woke up and my one testicle felt different and I've noticed it is harder than the other - I got a ultrasound about a month and a half ago and nothing was wrong - is it normal for one testicle to be harder than another on occasion?
Answer: If you are still having questions and concerns, talk with your doctor. Ultrasounds aren't 100% correct, things could have grown since your ultrasound, something could have been missed.....
Please talk with your doctor if you feel there is something going on.
Question: how long do you have symptoms of testicular cancer before you get sick?
Answer: Lance Armstrong claimed that he ignored symptoms for 0ver a year until he was in a great deal of pain and finally went to his doctor. He thought he had some type of infection and was shocked to learn he had testicular cancer. By the time he went to a doctor the cancer had spread to his abdomen, lungs, and to his brain.
